The Lab Training Center offers a unique strength and conditioning experience that will help athlete take their performance to the next level. 

Our Philosophy

The longevity of an athletes career is of the utmost importance to our Strength Coaches.  They will focus on increasing a players agility, balance, coordination, cardiovascular endurance, explosiveness, mobility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, power, reaction time, speed, and stability. We believe all athletes do not fall into the same category. Our Strength Coaches will customize every athletes S4 program by incorporating a movement screening to hone in on mobility and stability exercises that create better movement patterns therefore reducing potential injuries by using our scientifically designed strength and conditioning program. Every athlete should expect to improve their athletic performance by utilizing our S4 program or a Team based Strength & Conditioning program. We will use the most up-to-date scientific research in the field to develop our athletes. Our Strength Coaches are passionate about helping athletes succeed by focusing on the science behind the movements.  Up to 3 Weekly Semi-Private Sessions a week for only $69 a month!*


S4 Semi Private Strength Coaching


 Our S4 Semi-Private Strength Coaching allows an athlete to improve the agility, explosiveness, flexibility, mobility and reaction time which increase an athletes performance while building resilience to potential injuries. If you are looking to become a more successful athlete then "The Lab" is the place where your dreams can become that reality.  

Program Includes:

12 Semi-Private Strength Coaching sessions per month

Scientifically proven exercise selection specific to your sport 

Custom movement screening 

Periodic performance testing.

July 2018 - August 2018:

Monday-Friday:   4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm, 6:30pm-7:30pm

September 2018-February 2019:

Mon-Th 4pm-5pm FRI 4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm, 6:30pm-7:30pm

 March 2019-August 2019:  

Mon-Fri  4pm-5pm, 5pm-6pm, 6:30pm-7:30pm

  Joe Cesario has wrestled his entire life and has played ice hockey with the American Eagles program (NJYHL). After high school Joe competed in bodybuilding, powerlifting and rugby. Joe is a decorated and international semi-professional rugby league player who has been apart of three national championship seasons in five years and has played rugby against teams from all over the world. Joe graduated with Cum Laude Honors from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. He has most recently been the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Haverford College’s Rugby Team and an on-field Assistant Coach.  Joe also has held volunteer coaching positions at Haverford College and Cabrini University assisting their Strength & Conditioning Coaches in developing their athletes.  Not only has Joe worked with athletes, but also the general population as he has been a personal trainer for ten years. Joe has also spent years working in the therapeutic medical setting helping rehabilitate people back to there daily activities. The skills learned in the therapeutic settings have translated into part of the methodology used to improve athletes overall longevity as an athlete.  Joe is very passionate about his career and is eager to helping develop athletes into a better version of themselves.
